Refund & Chargeback Policy

Trials: Trials are billed as shown at checkout and convert to the selected plan unless cancelled before trial ends.

Recurring plans: You may cancel anytime from My Account → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.

No refunds: Except where required by law, subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Billing errors: Contact us at contact@cosplayhubx.com within 14 days; genuine errors will be corrected.

Chargebacks: Unjustified chargebacks may result in account termination.
